It's basically an 8240, why does it cost 3 times as much??
As far as I have been able to find out the PT920 is an 8240 with a face-lift and a LED that shows when a charge is finished. Regarding essentials it uses the same HQ9 shaver heads and the same Li-ion battery so you will get the same shave and the same shaving time from charge. So unless you absolutely cannot live without that extra LED I can't see any reason to pay $222 when you can get an 8240 for $78 right here at Amazon: Philips Norelco Speed-XL 8240 Men's Shaving System.
