Battery great, but really need replacement instructions
Love my Norelco T900 beard trimmer, until it no longer would hold a charge. Replaced with this battery and now the trimmer works great.
However, the tool and coaster were completely unnecessary, the battery is the item needed. Replacent of the battery as not for a novice. There were no instructions on how to take the trimmer apart, and none available from Norelco. However I did find a good "fix-it" site that gave 8 trimmer disassembly steps. Took me about 1.5 hours to replace the battery (need to solder it). Don't know how many hours the disassembly process puzzle would have taken w/o the website instructions.
For convenience, here are the instuctions
Disassembly:
1. Remove screw.
2. Use a small flat-head screwdriver to pry the front bottom cover off.
3. Remove trimmer head at the very top. It flips open and then pops out.
