Ragalta RLS-120 Lady's Wet/dry Foil Shaver
A good shave, not a great shave.
I would say this gives a good shave, not as close or smooth as a regular razor, but more than adaqute for wearing a skirt. So all in all with this razor I would stick with a look but don't touch rule.
