WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?
Remove balls from sweaters? Never. It's like using an electric toothbrush to mop the floor, except this doesn't even work in small swatches. I think the problem is that the 2 AA batteries aren't enough to give it any power. This product is totally worthless, a total waste of money. I'm taking mine back to Target for a refund.
