I bought this item not knowing it didn't come with a charger. After I recieved the item and called Panasonic I found out that the replacement charger cost more than the shaver itself. So as far as the product being good I couldnt tell you but I will tell you due to the pricing of the charger I will NEVER buy Panasonic again
